fashion blab: ahoy, Tommy Hilfiger!

Tommy Hilfiger's Spring 2013 RTW collection shown at NYFW on Sunday was nothing short of nautical Americana. Red, white and blue swiftly swayed down the runway on airy maxi dresses and wide-leg trousers. The collection made me wonder why I am not sailing off in the sunsets and lounging around the Kennedy compound on Cape Cod. Nautical prep may not usually be my forte, however this collection is encouraging me to consider otherwise.
